Great hotel, we had stayed at Grand Sheraton Krakow, so knew this would meet our expectations. Friendly check in staff, great room and a great breakfast buffet with so many choices. Nice food and drink all round a very good hotel to stay in Berlin. Fairly central also to other parts of Berlin.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful, they always sorted things out for me. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The area is pretty close to Tiergarten and is close to 100 bus, I can get to any attractions easily.

the hotel as always has great first class staff, they are kind are very open for help and making you feel like a special guest. Has good parking options and good location. The rooms are comfortable, the lobby bar is cool
