Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade

Hotel is spectacular and in a relatively quieter part of the city. We were there for the half marathon. Hotel was well prepared for the event with early breakfast option and pasta serving in the downstairs bar. We were expecting a much older hotel, but from the rooms to the lobby it was nicely decorated and quite new.

I thought the location was amazing because one doesn't need to go into the city-centre for bars, restaurants and take-aways, but the hotel isn't far from the city at all by bus, which happens to have a bus stop situated conveniently a hair's breadth away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with the bar staff making a perfect negroni! The city view exceeded my expectations and was enjoyable alone.

Very good hotel, the staff are very nice and friendly, excellent location, close to many historic places in Berlin, such as Check Point Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate, which is the postcard of the city of Berlin, and other monuments. There a variety of public transportation near by.

Location good for commuting and connections.. Due to issues at check-in, we were upgraded and had the pleasure of a larger room.. Good facilities.. Comfortable king bed.

We loved the spacious and bright room, the comfortable bed and the excellent and clean shower. The staff was welcoming and gave us excellent service.

It was quite conveniently located close to the main stations, bus and in a good part of town not too far from the main train station as well

the hotel as always has great first class staff, they are kind are very open for help and making you feel like a special guest. Has good parking options and good location. The rooms are comfortable, the lobby bar is cool

The rooms are really spacious, the beds are comfortable and there is a coffee machine inside the room(free of charge) which we appreciated after a long day of traveling

Great hotel, we had stayed at Grand Sheraton Krakow, so knew this would meet our expectations. Friendly check in staff, great room and a great breakfast buffet with so many choices. Nice food and drink all round a very good hotel to stay in Berlin. Fairly central also to other parts of Berlin.
